Help with protection, subscriptions, backups, and Circles — and how to reach us.

Email pranacodes@gmail.com with your device model, system version, app language, and a short description of what happened. We usually reply within two business days.
Protection is not pausing apps
On Android, open Settings → Protection and confirm Usage Access and Display Over Other Apps are both allowed, then turn protection on. On some phones you also need to allow background activity and disable battery optimization for AmenFirst. On iPhone, finish setup from Home, allow Screen Time access, and select the apps to guard.
Apps open before the prayer appears
Some Android phones delay foreground detection by a second or two. Keep protection enabled and make sure AmenFirst is excluded from battery optimization. Restarting the phone after granting permissions resolves most cases.
Subscriptions and refunds
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play. Open Settings → Restore Purchases after reinstalling or switching devices. Refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies.
Progress backup
Paid subscribers back up portable progress automatically. After reinstalling, sign in to the same store account and use Restore Purchases; your progress returns on the next sync. Device permissions and guarded apps are always set up again locally.
Circles
A Circle is joined with an invite code shared by its creator. Scores sync automatically when you are online. To leave a Circle, open Circle → menu → Leave. To delete Circle data, leave your Circles or email us.
Language
AmenFirst is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, German, and French. Change it any time from Settings → Language.
Deleting your data
Uninstalling removes local data. To delete a cloud backup or Circle profile, email us from the address linked to your request and we will confirm once it is done.
